The Secret to Super Metabolism and Super Energy

Wellness

Metabolism is how energy is produced in the body.  It never ceases to amaze me how many body problems stem directly from an insufficient metabolism:

1.    Chronic Fatigue Syndrome
2.    Afternoon fatigue, consistently low energy or sudden lack of energy
3.    Inability or slowed ability to think or recall
4.    Reliance on pick-me-ups, such as sugar, coffee, chocolate, etc
5.    Inability to lose weight
6.    Depression
7.    Loss of attention span or flightiness
8.    Drowsiness or sleepiness any time during the day
9.    Headaches, no matter how slight or severe
10.    Irritability or emotional outbursts.

Metabolism occurs mostly in the liver and the muscles, and is controlled by the adrenal and thyroid glands.  To maximize energy production, each of these needs to have all the vital nutrients that carry out each chemical process needed for metabolism.  You can build your own super-metabolism.  The first step is to do your best to avoid the “metabolism killers” discussed below.

Q:    What are the most common metabolism killers?
A:    Coffee, sodas, most protein bars, sugar, chocolate, corn syrup, junk foods, fast foods, food allergies, taking the wrong vitamins, stimulants and alcohol.  I see many people get tricked by foods, meal replacements or instant energy boosters/vitamin powders that may have some healthy ingredients in them but are also loaded with one or more of these metabolism killers.

The most confusing part is that most of these give you instant gratification and seem like helpers.  However, these chemicals toxify the liver, destroy the adrenals, clog up the intestine, and generally stress your thyroid gland, which is directly responsible for controlling metabolism.

“Metabolism Killers” are added to improve taste, make the products more marketable and give you an instant energy spike without regard for the harm that they do to your metabolism in the future.  People that are eating these types of substitutes may think they are doing right but really they are filling their bodies with poisons that are hidden behind a nice vitamin label.

So, be aware and read the labels because you will often find that one of more of the first few ingredients is a metabolism killer.

Q:    What is stopping you from improving your metabolism?
A:    The fact is, because of the abundance of “Metabolism Killers” in our diets, MOST PEOPLE HAVE TOXIC BODIES!  I have proven with many thousands of patients in 20 years of practice, that metabolism is suppressed to the degree that the body is toxic.  A toxic body uses up the vitamins and minerals that are needed for metabolism faster than they can be replenished.  This wreaks havoc on energy production and leaves a person with the symptoms described above.  The first thing you need to do is stop consuming metabolism killers.  And then get on to a program to rid the body of these poisons.

The Total Shake Program does just that!  It will help you stop craving the energy killers so that you can comfortably quit them and will give you all the necessary nutrients to cleanse your body of toxins safely and naturally.  I guarantee that your metabolism will be revved, you will lose weight and be filled with energy.

The above was a recorded interview with Dr Gatza*, the developer of TotalShake.
