The Five Keys to Health
The truth is that people are guessing at their diets and which foods to eat or avoid. They are guessing which vitamins or minerals to take, guessing which doctor to see, whom to believe and whom not to believe. Sometimes, health professionals are not as certain as they would like to be and often end up giving their best guess as to what to do for their patients. And without the right information, the odds of achieving health are weighted heavily against you.
Most people will try just about anything to feel better or to help someone they love. There have been endless attempts to solve the mysterious, ever-increasing problem of poor health, including: countless articles written on what we should or shouldn’t eat; thousands of different treatments professed to be correct; immeasurable numbers of drugs that promise to handle disease; fad diets that people are assured are right; infomercials on health products that are so well done that even the most disillusioned person will give it one more try; the “latest and greatest” vitamins; books upon books stating their certainty about what each of us should do.
Yet, disease is on the rise and people throughout the world are sicker than ever. So many of us are guessing at what to do, ‘giving it a try’ or ‘hoping it will work’. The doctor says “try this”, so they do. If they get no results, they try the next thing. Some have chosen to give up and just live with less-than-ideal health. Others go from diet to diet searching for what is right for them. Many search for the magic bullet, the one-pill cure all. They rely on drugs that don’t give them health but do give them a good dose of disillusionment. They are left with side effects and the likelihood that another drug will be added when all doesn’t go as planned.
How much guessing can one person take? For some it gets so bad that they hope surgery will be the answer. However, it never really makes sense to anyone to remove part of their body or go through the pain and all the potential complications that go with the territory. When all options have been exhausted and there are still no results, the patient is usually told that their problem is due to age or genetics. It goes something like this: “Nothing more can be done about it; just learn to live with it.”
What a bunch of nonsense!
Those ways of thinking are the product of one thing – a lack of understanding about health. This lack of understanding makes people uncertain about what to do and therefore leaves them with no alternative but to guess what is right. Because people are so unsure, they are open to just about any suggestion or new idea that comes along. Then, after they have exhausted all the possibilities that are available to them and still have no results, they fall back on what has become the norm in our society, which is to blame age, weight or genetics.
Is it all blind luck? Can anyone really win? Is there really a correct way or should you just leave it to chance?
The truth is that there is a way to know what to do. You can put an end to this game of health roulette by understanding health. Good health doesn’t have to be a guessing game. You can be free of sickness. And it doesn’t have to be so complicated – you can learn the simple rules that will put you in charge of your body.
After years of study in more than twelve healing arts and working with thousands of patients, Dr Gatza has been able to boil down the infinite possibilities of what could be causing body troubles to five key things that every person must do in order to have a chance to be and stay healthy. He explains that, from his experience, when the Five Keys are addressed correctly, health improves. If the Five Keys are not addressed correctly, health is hard to achieve no matter what else one tries.
Over the next few issues I will cover, in detail, Dr Gatza’s Five Keys to Health. To summarize, these are:
1. Having food in your diet that is rich in nutrients, and that you are not sensitive to.
2. Fully digesting or breaking down the food.
3. Absorbing the digested nutrients through the intestine into the blood stream.
4. Correctly supplementing your diet and transporting these nutrients throughout the body so that you have an abundant and balanced pool of nutrient building blocks.
5. Making sure there is no nerve interference from your brain to your body, especially your digestive system and your intestines.
If the body is not healthy, you will not be able to achieve your goals in life, whatever they may be. Knowledge of the Five Keys to Health marks the road out of pain, body problems and the mystery of body disease.
These Five Keys are simple and easy to understand. They are what Dr Gatza believes are the most important and fundamental factors when it comes to health.
You CAN understand and be in control of your health!
