Inspiring Woman of the Month

Lisa Raleigh is best known as the trainer on SA’s The Biggest Loser and is involved in a few new up and coming TV shows on lifestyle makeovers and wellbeing.

Lisa  has been an exercise specialist for 10 years and  currently has Lisa Raleigh Weightloss and  Wellness clinics  in  JHB, CT and Durban. Here she specialises in weightloss and obesity, digestion, stress management and  a variety of wellness programmes.

Lisa also coaches people through an empowering entrepreneurial programme where they learn how to own their own wellness business to become financially fit as well. This completes her life’s mission.

Lisa speaks on radio weekly, at many workshops and events and writes for magazines and newspapers countrywide.

She’s the reason for Darren Scott’s  and Sam Cowen’s recent life transformations and has many celebrity clients in South Africa who are eager to follow her unique approach to wellness.

Last week, the Euro area Purchasing Managers Index (PMI) rose for the second month in a row, topping out above 50, surprising market analysts who had expected 48. It suggests no EU recession, or at least the possibility of already moving on, bolstered by late last year’s French output data and also this week by German IFO business confidence data (all perking up).
