These simple eastern flavoured Thai fish cakes will add an Asian twist to any meal. It is also very easy and quick to make!
250g white filleted fish
2 tablespoons of flour
2 garlic cloves
1 teaspoon of turmeric
3 tablespoons of lemon juice
Lemongrass- cut approximately 10cm long
Olive oil to fry
• Mix all ingredients with the fish in a food processor.
• Heat oil in frying pan.
• Make golf ball sized balls and wrap lemongrass around them.
• Fry flattened balls in heated oil.
• Remove from pan and dry off excess oil with kitchen towel.
• Serve with chili sauce.
