Use your inner determination to retain the motivation to exercise. Aid your desire by setting a resolution or taking photos of yourself every few weeks. Seeing the difference in way your body responds to being fitter and healthier will reignite your desire to continue exercising.
Although we may not always like to admit it, support is sometimes needed.
