1. Pumpkin

The compound that makes pumpkin orange protects your skin from UV damage. Beta carotene is converted to Vitamin A in the body which helps keep bones and the immune system healthy. Eating pumpkin is also good for the heart as the fibre, potassium and vitamin C content in pumpkin all support heart health.

2. Salmon

Salmon is one of the most loved foods all over the world. You can fry it, grill it and even eat it raw. Salmon is rich in Omega 3’s and a superb source of protein, vitamins and minerals. Salmon not only gives you glowing supple skin, but it also helps cardio vascular health, muscular tissue development and good eye sight.

3. Walnuts

Walnuts are a protein source and they help repair skin cells that have suffered radical damage. Amino acids help to speed up the repairing and regeneration of skin cells and collagen. Strong cell membranes tend to retain more water, giving you a moist, smoother skin.

4. Broccoli

Berries are nutritious, delicious, and your skin just loves them. Berries are rich in minerals and vitamin A, C, B and provides plenty of support for your skin to prevent wrinkles. Blue berries also protect against memory loss, cardio vascular disease and cancer. You can eat them raw or drink them in a nutrient packed smoothie.

Peas are high in amino acids and they contain high levels of anti oxidants including, flavinoids, carotenoid, phenolic acids, polyphenols and prevents anti-aging and wrinkles and helps in keeping weight off.
