Mix: ½ an avocado, 2 tablespoons of Oatmeal, 1 teaspoon of lemon juice and 1 egg white.
Blend ingredients together, apply to hands and leave for 20 minutes. Rinse off with warm water.

Our skin needs to be hydrated, especially in these cold winter months. This hydrating mask can be used anywhere on your body to give your skin a lovely hydrated, moisturised and supple feel.
Mix: 1 large avocado, 1 tablespoon honey, 1 tablespoon of buttermilk or plain yogurt and 2 cucumber slices. Mix ingredients together and apply on skin. Leave for 20 minutes, then rinse with warm water.

Try this: depending on hair length, use 1 medium sized avocado, combine with ½ a teaspoon of olive oil and 1 egg yolk. Let it rest on your hair for 25 – 30 minutes, then rinse well with warm water. Follow with your regular shampoo and conditioning routine.

For Oily skin: Blend until smooth a ½ ripened avocado with one large egg white and 1 teaspoon of lemon juice. Apply to clean skin and leave for 20 minutes. Rinse off with cold water.
For Dry skin: Blend to smooth, ½ ripened avocado with a ¼ cup of honey. Apply to clean skin and leave for 20 minutes. Rinse off with warm water.

Try this: slice two long pieces of avocados and place them under your eyes. Let them rest there for 25 minutes, then rinse off with cold water. Dry with a clean towel.
