Having lots of sweet vegetables like carrots, beetroot and sweet potatoes will also help reduce your cravings for sweet things.

High In Protein

Protein gives us energy, which is why protein is important in every eating plan. We need protein to function on a daily basis. Also include healthy dairy products. Chicken, fish, beans, nuts and seeds are quite high in protein and will help you sustain your daily protein intake. You also need to consume omega 3 and omega 6 fatty acids which is found in fish such as salmon, anchovies and sardines.
