3. Egg and Bacon Muffin
This dish is incredibly easy Easter dish to make, and it looks surprisingly fancy. By following this recipe you can actually whip up something amazing-looking with almost no effort!
• Muffin tray
1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
2. Dress the bottom and sides of each cup in the muffin tray with bacon – depending on how many portions you want to make.
3. Fill them up with one egg each. They should lay on top of the bacon as in a bed.
4. Pop it in the oven and let it cook for about 20 minutes – until the eggs are completely done. Serve with bread and fresh herbs.
