6. Beat the bloat
Sometimes you aren’t actually fat, you’re just bloated. Stay away from beans and broccoli as well as carbonated drinks as they will make your stomach swell. Another tip is to lessen your sodium intake as in salt, as this retains excess fluids.
Sometimes women achieve weight loss by focusing on foods that they should be cutting out and sometimes just by food they should be adding to their diets. Every woman is different, and we treasure that fact. Losing weight is all about finding what’s right for you, so if at first you don’t manage to eat, drink and shrink, try try again!
