If you’re really struggling to squeeze in some time for exercise then why not make it an activity that the whole family can enjoy. If you’re out shopping add in some extra miles as you’re walking around the mall. Take the stairs and carry those shopping bags rather than putting them in a trolley.
Have a morning jog with the family and make it fun by putting everyone in Santa costumes. It’ll help you work up a sweat and keep you in the festive spirit. You can also get everyone to help out by putting up Christmas decorations in the yard. Activities such as carolling in your neighbourhood, hiking, walking in a park or going for a swim can also help keep you and your family in shape.
