1. Apple Oatmeal
Makes 4 servings.
Ingredients
1¾ cups 100% apple juice
1 cup quick cooking oats
1 large apple, cored and cubed
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/8 teaspoon salt (optional)
Method:
1. Combine all ingredients in a medium, microwave safe bowl.
2. Place in the microwave uncovered and cook on your highest setting for about 2 minutes.
3. Stir the mixture and let cool for 1 minute before serving.

Ingredients:
2 oranges, peeled and chopped into cubes
1 medium banana, peeled and sliced
1 tablespoon raisins
1/3 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Method:
1. In a small bowl, combine fruit.
2. Divide fruit equally into 4 bowls.
3. Put a rounded tablespoon of low-fat yogurt over fruit in each bowl and sprinkle equal amounts of ground cinnamon before serving.
