2cups whipping cream
1/4 cup icing sugar
Firstly, melt chocolate and water in a saucepan. Whisk in the vanilla then, allow to cool. Whip the cream and add the icing sugar. Lastly, blend in the chocolate.
Pour the chocolate mousse into a glass container and garnish with some grated chocolate.
Chocolate Covered Strawberries
4 cups ofstrawberries, preferably with stems
1 1/2cups milk chocolate chips)
2tablespoons maple syrup or molasses
Firstly, melt chocolate chips, corn syrup and butter in a double boiler, stirring occasionally. Take the mixture away from the heat and dip each strawberry into the chocolate, covering 2/3 of the strawberry. Place the stem side down on wax paper then, allow them to chill in the fridge for 20 min.
Sticky Pork Chops
4trimmed pork chops
1tablespoon soya sauce
1tablespoon grated ginger
2tablespoons chilli sauce or 2 tablespoons chilli flakes
Firstly, heat a frying pan over medium heat. Secondly, cook the pork for 2 min each side, or until meat it is brown. Remove the pork from the heat and set it aside.
Pour the wine, soy sauce, ginger, chilli sauce/flakes and honey into the pan. Cook the mixture for 3 min before returning the pork and then, cook each side for 1 min. Cook at a lower heat until the sauce thickens, and the pork is cooked through.
Homemade Potato Chips
1large potato, washed and sliced very thinly
1/2teaspoon olive oil
Salt orany seasoning of your choice
Pour the oil in a plastic Ziploc bag, along with the seasoning or salt. Put the potato slices in the bag and shake until all the slices are covered. Arrange slices in a circle on a microwave-proof plate and microwave on high for 4 min. Then turn the chips over and re-arrange them so they cook evenly, microwave for another 2 min. Turn again and again, microwave for another two minutes until they become brown. If they do not become brown they will not crisp. Once they have turned brown, set them aside to cool and crisp up.
Nutella Hot Chocolate
1 1/3cups milk
Whisk together 1/3 cup of milk with Nutella in a saucepan over medium heat. Add the rest of the milk and then increase the heat to high. Then whisk until frothy. Enjoy!
