Top 10 Drinks for The Holiday Season

This is a good time to experiment with some new drinks – we have put together some really great drinks for you:

1. Crimson Crush

45ml RED vodka
15ml St Germain Elderflower liqueur
3 bar spoons of pomegranate seeds
4 chunks pink grapefruit

Mix pomegranate seeds and grapefruit with the elderflower liqueur. Add vodka and top with crushed ice then mix again.

2. Holiday Glogg

355ml vodka
1 bottle (750 ml) dry red wine
1.5 tbsp. mixed spice
1 tsp. fresh orange zest
2 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. blanched almonds
4 tbsp. raisins

Wrap mixed spice in a cheesecloth or pantyhose. Combine wine, vodka, cheesecloth / pantyhose with mixed spice, orange zest, and sugar in a large saucepan. Simmer slightly over medium heat for around 30 minutes (be sure not to boil). Remove mixed spice. Drop raisins and almonds in each mug then fill with hot liquid.

3. Baileys Spiced Coffee

60ml Baileys with a Hint of Coffee
30ml Pear-flavoured liqueur

Pour liqueur first in mug. Fill with coffee hinted. Relish with nutmeg and cinnamon.

4. The Ninth Night

60ml SKY Infusions Citrus
30ml Triple Sec
30ml white cranberry juice
Lemon twist or lemon flavored water.
Lime juice

Take the SKY Infusions Citrus, cranberry juice and Triple Sec, and add into a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into tall glasses with ice cubes. Top with Lemon twist or lemon flavoured water and lime juice.

5. Flash

5 slices cucumber
3 pieces fresh kiwi
15ml fresh lemon juice
60ml Gin
15ml organic syrup

Mix-up the fresh cucumber, kiwi, and lemon juice in a pint glass. Then add ice, syrup, and gin. Cover and Shake vigorously. Strain into stemmed cocktail glass. Garnish with sliced rounds of cucumber and kiwi.

6. French Martini

45ml vodka
15ml Chambord
60ml pineapple juice

Mix ingredients with ice and mix then strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a piece of pineapple or a pineapple leaf.

7. Cool and Classy Coquito

830ml coconut milk
2 cups rum
415ml condensed milk
4 egg yolks

Pour ingredients in a blender and blend until mixed completely. Pour into a jug and refrigerate until cold. Serve in small glasses and lightly sprinkle with nutmeg.

8. Simply Sweet and Standard

1 meaure vodka
1 tsp. honey
2-4 ice cubes

Mix and shake ingredients together and serve in a tumbler. Garnish with fresh ginger slices.

9. Vodka Sparkle

30ml  Vodka
60ml cranberry juice with ice
30ml  Champagne

mix vodka and cranberry juice with ice, shake together. Strain into chilled martini glass and fill with Champagne. Garnish with berries of your choice.

10. Spanish Cobbler

2 orange slices(big enough to it at bottom of rocks glasses)
1 tsp. sugar (15ml agave nectar or syrup)
180ml Champagne or sparkling wine
Fresh small fruit such as grapes , blueberries, or raspberries.
Lemon rind to garnish
Crushed ice

Put 1 orange slice at the bottom of each glass. Add 7ml of sweetener to each glass and fill 2/3 of it with crushed ice. Then add 90ml of wine to each portion and stir lightly. Add fruit to glasses until full and garnish with lemon rind.

Remember to not drink and drive!
